    Ad-Free Option:<\/strong> Users who desire an uninterrupted experience may choose to purchase an \u201cAd-Removal\u201d upgrade. This is a separate transaction independent of the core feature set.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. User Accounts, Purchases, and Transaction Records<\/h2>\n

      Store Account Requirement:<\/strong> To make purchases within the app, you may be required to use a Google Account (via Google Play Store) or Microsoft Account (via Microsoft Store). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed under that account.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Record Keeping:<\/strong> All purchase records are linked to your respective store account and are maintained exclusively by Google Play or Microsoft Store. We do not store or manage your financial transaction history on our own servers.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Pricing and Price Protection:<\/strong> We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

        4. Feature Availability and UI Changes<\/h2>\n

        The features available in the current version of Reckoner may not be guaranteed in future releases. Certain functionalities may be modified, restricted, or removed due to factors beyond the developer\u2019s control, including but not limited to respective OS policy changes, Windows compatibility requirements, API restrictions, and platform guidelines. Additionally, the user interface (UI) and application components may be updated or redesigned from time to time to align with modern development practices and improve usability.<\/span><\/p>\n

        5. Prohibited Use and Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n

          No Reverse Engineering:<\/strong> You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of Reckoner. Unauthorized modification or distribution of the app\u2019s binary is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Ownership:<\/strong> All intellectual property, including logos, UI design, and proprietary code, remains the exclusive property of the developer and publisher.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Financial Neutrality:<\/strong> Reckoner is a neutral tool for performing calculations. Users are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting results or using the app as a substitute for licensed financial advice.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          6. Third-Party Libraries and Licenses<\/h2>\n

          The app utilizes third-party technologies (including but not limited to Google Firebase, AdMob, and AppLovin MAX). By using this app, you also agree to the terms provided by the respective OS Store policies, and the respective terms of service of our third-party partners.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Reckoner is provided \u201cAS IS\u201d and \u201cAS AVAILABLE.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

            No Warranty:<\/strong> The developer and publisher (Kovvuri Gopala Krishna Reddy<\/b> & Q Infro<\/b>) make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of calculations, financial outcomes, or the absence of bugs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            User Responsibility:<\/strong> You are solely responsible for any financial decisions made based on the app\u2019s outputs. The app is intended as a calculation aid, not as professional financial advice.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Device & App Updates:<\/strong> Users are responsible for keeping their devices secure with the latest operating system patches and for updating the Reckoner app whenever a new version is released. Failure to do so may expose vulnerabilities or limit functionality.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Legal Liability:<\/strong> The developer is not liable for any misuse of the app in violation of local laws or financial regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
